2. Just Who Are You Anyway?

Brooke says: I can almost hear you asking. To put it simply, I’m Brooke, a girl with a small team, a dream, and a passion for world-travel and luxury accommodations. I’ve been traveling most of my life and want to bring that joy to others.

Brooke Says: Quite a few actually! My biggest is the Prince of Travel, followed by the Luxury Travel Expert. on a slightly lesser scale, Noel Philips, TrekTrendy, Vicarious Voyager (though he doesn’t make content anymore), Josh Cahill. Patrick Shea is of course my hometown hero, based here in San Francisco.

4. Do You Have Merchandise for sale?

Brooke says: Yes! I currently offer customized Brooke In The Air Travel luggage tags, and I will offer coffee cups and t-shirts in the future. I offer consultations as a large part of my paid services. I do welcome merchandise suggestions as well!

5. What if I’m Only Interested in Your Blog and Vlogs?

Brooke says: That’s okay too! Blog subscriptions are a constant 11 a month or our Patreon which is 5 or 15 a month, depending on the tier selected. Blogs reliably come out every Saturday except holidays or emergencies. Vlogs are posted to YouTube, Patreon and Instagram, every Sunday. We proudly accept all major credit cards, Stripe, Zip, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.

Brooke says: I and my small team are certified through Viator as an agency, as well as having conditional sponsorships through Lufthansa/Lufthansa Gruppe AG, FlightAware, Flight Radar 24, Collins Aerospace and more.

7. How do your travel services work?

Brooke says: Answers: 7a. Ah, the most pertinent question. We start with an introduction and overview then go on from here. We soon start with the consultations. These services are based on 3 (three) to an optional 4 (four) consultations. The first is a combination of preliminary interview and initial plans for your trip whether it be a weekend getaway or a week+ long adventure in the islands. This is aa 2-hour long meeting over either MS Teams, Zoom, or over the phone if you prefer though this is not recommended. We can also meet in-person if you are local to the Bay Area. The first consultation is $145 USD for the 2-hour meeting. The subsequent meeting is a 1-hour session where everything is booked and paid for. Typically, this second consultation is $60 USD. A third session is optional and incorporates private research for your trip. This third consultation price is variable and depends on the client. The final (3rd or 4th, depending on whether it is needed by the client) session is where we finalize everything before departure and make sure you’re all ready to go. This final consultation is $70 USD as events .

Our team at Brooke In The Air Travel will be easily reachable your entire trip via text, call, Instant/Direct Message during your trip to ensure a smooth vacation and return.

7b. The total price for travel consultation is on average for the three sessions only $275 USD, before modifications and extra sessions such as private research.

Brooke In The Air Travel adds 20-25% to the total gross (not net) price of the trip for our complete travel services. Significantly less than most independent travel agents or even most corporate travel agencies.

8. Okay, so What Guarantees Do You Offer?

8. Brooke says: Nothing in life is guaranteed, however, things happen, we get it. All Vacations/trips are insured - travel insurance is required of/for all trips and individually included on all booking fees and trip portions i.e. air travel, cruise, hotel, city tour.

Further, this insurance covers all airline luggage issues, missed flights, tours.
