Description: Not bad, really, but disappointing for a 5-star hotel. The services were available but were not actively proffered. The spa was utterly fantastic!
The hotel food was lackluster and focused on steak over anything else. They had other types of food, obviously, but steak was in plentiful abundance over anything. The housekeeping staff was amazing and on top of their game.
The entry of the spa.
The spa and spa experience truly made the hotel! I was blown away and felt truly relaxed afterwards. The selections are endless. Though nothing is free.
The room quality was very good and spacious; larger than most hotels' suites. The in-room bar and mini-fridge were not free despite being labeled an "honor bar." I'm not cheap.
I have no issue paying. My issue is the deceptive marketing of the honor bar.
The room's furniture was not cheap, but it did appear tacky with the illusion of being of quality.
The view was impressive, though. Overall, unless you’re a sports fan, I'd pick a different hotel.
Top Overall Score: 3.5/5.0
