Frankfurt-am-Main! Update!
So, a bit of a short update today, or rather, this week. You’ll notice their was no regular blog or vlog this weekend but if you check my YouTube channel (and subscribe if you haven’t already) you’ll see a ton of new content related to my current trip! Longform videos are a work in-progress but short-form videos are up for your viewing pleasure. I did take a short break for the Christmas holiday and to pack for Germany, but I’ve kept you all updated with YouTube Shorts and short-form videos.
It’s been very fun, so far, here in Frankfurt-am-Main, Deutschland (Germany). We have seen most of the major city sights including the Romerberg, Cathedral of St. Bartholomew, St. Paul’s Church, major portions of the Aldstaat (Old City), the Eisenersteg (the famous Iron walking Bridge), the Museum Judengasse (Museum of the Jewish City), the Old Jewish Cemetery, (there was another Jewish museum in the city we just didn’t get to visit on account of the cold and rain storms moving in to the area, we were literally rained out). Also included was the Museum of Modern Art, abbreviated in German as MMK - that was so trippy! Apparently, it was one of at least two buildings of the museum.
We also saw the Euro Sign, at Willy Brandt Platz - Symbol of the Founding Place of the Euro, and the shopping mall of MyZeil, one of the largest shopping centers in Europe. And we plan on visiting the Kleinmarkthalle - the Old City Marketplace.
More soon since we leave for the States on Friday the 5th at 11:30 AM! All four new airline reviews will be up soon, including my complete Air Canada International Signature class experience.
