Thoughts on my recent Boston Trip!
Welcome back to Brooke In The Air!
Today i’m covering my thoughts on my trip to Boston this past weekend. Sights sounds, people, hotel, lounges, flights all here!
Hop in, and join me!
The journey began with breakfast at Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport's (CLE) United Club lounge. I've routinely rated this lounge 7 or 8 out of 10 across the United network. It retains the 8/10 mark for very good service, excellent food choices especially for breakfast. They miss points for not having soda readily available though it might be at the bar. Regardless it was far better than the Club CLE - the premium pass lounge. Score 7.5/10
From here it was an hour or so trek in the air to Newark-Liberty International Airport (EWR). I did not have time to visit the lounge here but the transit was decent. Far better than the first time I was there, a couple of months ago.
On my way back from Boston, I stopped in the United Club lounge at Boston Logan International Airport (BOS). I was far from impressed with a lackluster food selection decent amount of space, great views, but shoddy service. You can see the full walk-through on YouTube. Score: 5.0/10.0
I’ve given reviews and videos of Chicago-O’Hare International Airport's Terminal 1, Concourse B and Concourse C United Clubs. Probably the best outside of Cleveland. Chicago-O’Hare has three United Clubs plus a Polaris lounge. you can find those on YouTube as well.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn at Boston Logan International Airport. The hotel was, in so many words, mediocre. The only benefit of the hotel was that it was clean and offered shuttle service to the airport. The on-site restaurant and buffet was lackluster and God help you if you had any food allergies. You would suffer per the hotel's offerings.
I did love Boston itself; it was a fantastic city, unabashed the pride of the east coast. The USS Constitution was the highlight though. Also featured were the USS Cassin Young, and the Bunker Hill monument. A lot was seen in one day. I don’t regret it one bit.
