Blog 22: 03/08/23: International Women Day: Celebrating Diversity

Today we celebrate women breaking glass ceilings. In a profession dominated by white men, especially cis white men, United Airlines’ new Aviate Academy is training all comers. And who better than women of color? Members of some of the most marginalized communities in society.
